Jeff Parnell

CEO

Jeff is a 22 year payment processing professional specializing in financial institutions processing services and merchants of all sizes. He recently spent a lot of his time coaching varsity golf at Kings High School in Kings Mills, OH. Along with golf, Jeff was also the Impact GFC 03/04 Women’s Head soccer coach!

Ciera Johnson

Director of Marketing

Ciera is a graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she majored in Marketing with a minor in Human Resource Management. She recently got accepted into Tennessee’s graduate school where she will pursue a degree in the Recreation and Sport Management MS: Sport Management program. Ciera loves to travel with her friends and attending sporting events.

Jack Parnell

Business Development

Jack is currently a junior at Ohio Dominican University, Columbus where he is majoring in Business Administration. He spends his time cultivating new financial institution relationships.

Abby Parnell

Marketing Associate

Abby is currently a freshman at Ball State University, Muncie where she is majoring in Sports Media, and is a part of the Sports Link program. She creates content and looks for opportunities to increase brand exposure through managing social media accounts.
